SAMSUNG AGREES TO REFUND US CONSUMERS OF GALAXY NOTE 7|Note7手機頻傳自燃 三星願退款給美消費者

Samsung Electronics Co officially recalled one million Galaxy Note 7 smartphones sold in the U.S. due to battery overheating. The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission announced Samsung has agreed to the recall and refund options for the consumers. In Taiwan, the recall process will begin on September 19, but the refund option is still unknown . First option, you can get a replacement phone. The second option, and equal option, is you can get a refund. Not only in the U.S., Samsung's Taiwan official website announces that Samsung offers unconditional Note 7 replacement starting September 19.
