Russian jet planes recently launched several air strikes on rebels in Syria. The airstrike on August 17th caused at least three dead and 15 injured. Rescuers arrived at the bombing site and rescued some children, and one of them was five-year-old Omran. The photo of him sitting quietly in an ambulance spread across the internet and media. The good news is, the boy was fine and had been discharged from the hospital. Rescuers pulled the five-year-old boy Omran from the rubbles of bombed building, and placed him in an ambulance. The boy sat quietly with dazed eyes, he had dust all over him and was trying to wipe the blood from his injured face. The videos and photos have soon been widespread on media and internets, and evoked angers from people worldwide. ==RESCUER== The boy had dust all over him, I pulled him out from rubbles. I was relieved but also angry. The boy may be just three years old, why does he have to suffer from this? Boy Omran had been discharged from hospital after proper medical care. Doctor said the boy had no brain injury. The boy's parents and two siblings were all being rescued. The airstrike was led by Russian military, it caused three dead, twelve children and three adults wounded. The civil war in Syria has been five years and caused at least one hundred thousand children died, millions displaced. Although cease-fire agreement was settled in February, but no one followed. The rebel held Aleppo City is a major target of strikes. Several recent airstrikes caused 230 civilians dead. Boy Omran's photo has caught international attentions. The United Nations and European Union have demanded Sryia's major ally Russia to cease air strikes. There will be a 48-hour cease fire next week, for organizations to deliver humanitarian aids to Aleppo City.
