Two residents tested positive in the large-scale screening conducted in the wake of the Hulin outbreak. Meanwhile, the Taipei City Government has also flagged Zhongqin in Borough, which is home to nearly 10,000 people as a pandemic "hotspot" due to its proximity with the Huannan Market and will set up screening stations.
Over 700 households live in the Nanjichang Night Market community. According to reports, over a dozen residents have tested positive for COVID-19 since mid-May. The borough chief says he had to reach out to the city government and health center many times before officials consented to a testing station. The chief says he also recommended to city officials that the rapid screening process be simplified and called for residents of neighboring boroughs to be included.
Can we use the Hulin Street model and allow people to get tested if they bring their ID or health insurance card? These people live in Zhongqin Borough, but they may be official registered somewhere else. If residents are willing to get tested, we should be thanking them. If they all test negative, it shows our community is clean.
Zhongqin will be the second "hot-zone" community to get a testing station in the wake of the Hulin outbreak. A total of 4,395 people were tested for COVID-19 from July 4 to the morning of July 5. Two of 4,138 PCR tests came back positive.

南機場夜市再走進去一點，有一棟700多戶的社區，傳出從五月中到現在已經有10多人確診，居民還可能與北農和環南市場有接觸史，台北市政府列為熱區，要設置快篩站進行區域普篩，讓當地居民很擔心。
居民表示：「他那個是電梯大樓，電梯大樓那個電梯空間很小，比較容易會中。我們這個是開放空間，啊，每次新聞都報南機場。」
居民表示：「（很多人)都會躲在巷弄裡面，抽菸、吃東西。（所以你覺得這是造成疫情破口？) 是啊！」
4日市府發布消息到現在，里長電話接不停，忠勤里大約3千多戶、將近一萬人，該怎麼造冊篩檢也成一大難題，里長坦言確實和市府以及健康中心多次溝通，才獲得同意設置篩檢站，也建議簡化篩檢程序，連附近鄰里一起篩。
忠勤里長 方荷生表示：「能不能比照虎林街，拿身分證、健保卡就可以來普篩。因為這些人，有的戶籍不在忠勤里，可是他住在裡面。所以如果這些人都願意出來快篩，其實我們應該謝謝大家，謝謝他們保持，如果大家都是陰性的，代表我們社區是乾淨的啊。」
市府前往場勘，討論設置篩檢站的地點，中正區忠勤里也是虎林專案後，第二個執行社區普篩的熱區，虎林專案執行第二天，一早許多人拿著號碼牌來篩檢，從4日到5日上午7時，共篩檢4395人，其中4138人的PCR結果出爐，有2人陽性確診。
四維里長 劉耀平表示：「我們對外說，也是說，隨時來篩都可以篩，但為什麼到這邊會不可以？我也不知道是誰決定的，我是比較建議，你只要有在這邊附近活動的，當然也可以來篩啊！」
北農和環南市場群聚爆發後，市府也啟動攤商疫苗接種專案，針對台北市傳統市場攤商1萬8880人施打疫苗，以中正萬華區優先，5日開始在懷生國中施打。
