We give them basic training to create more added-value for their adopters. This is the first Kaohsiung pet store to promote the adoption of stray dogs in their windows. It also provides adopted dogs with consumer discounts. 12 Kaohsiung pet stores responded that over 100 stray animals have been adopted over the course of the year. However, every month 100 to 200 strays enter Kaohsiung's shelters and the foster care park is close to saturation.
