PRC Aircraft Spotted in Taiwan's AIDZ|共軍海空域擾台 國防.外交部嚴厲譴責

China's military has been active in the Taiwan Strait and Taiwan's air identification zone in the last two days. On Sept. 10, the Ministry of National Defense called a press conference to condemn the People's Liberation Army. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs also condemned China and called on the international community to face China's aggression.
Announcement from the Republic of China Air Force to People's Liberation Army aircraft operating at an altitude of 7,000 meters over Taiwan's southwest air space: You have entered our ADIZ and are affecting our flight safety. Turn around and leave immediately.
PRC military aircraft were spotted in Taiwan's air identification zone on the 9th and 10th, including 24 times on the 9th and 21 aircraft on the 10th. The People's Liberation Army also held a large-scale joint military exercise in the apparent hopes of making this a routine event and shrinking Taiwan's military air space.
The area where the exercise was held was just 90 nautical miles from Taiwan. The PLA was in our ADIZ during the exercise. This affected defensive and regional stability.
At 7:17 a.m. on the 10th, PRC aircraft appeared in Taiwan's ADIZ. They did not leave until two and a half hours later. During this time, their altitude ranged from 4,500 meters to 7,000 meters. An early warning plane was also present as was a US Navy P-8A and US Air Force KC-135.
On the 10th, the ROC Ministry of National Defense called for restraint from Beijing and said its recent harassment of Taiwan is creating antipathy in Taiwan. The ministry also called on Beijing to stop being a "troublemaker."
This was provocation.
I personally think this was an extreme act of provocation. Our military warned them and asked them to leave. We still had to avoid misfiring in handling the situation.
The ministry says the PLA Rocket Force and landing troops did not take part in the exercise and Taiwan's air force did not prepare for war. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, meanwhile, called a press conference to condemn China.
This is a warning to the region and international community, because the PLA chose today to hold a military exercise near Taiwan. Tomorrow, it could be holding exercises and creating the same threat near another country.
The ministry said the international community should face up to the threat China poses and it has already reported the threat to countries friendly with Taiwan. It also called on everyone to uphold peace and stability and recognize that China is a threat to both.
空軍廣播：「中華民國空軍廣播，位於台灣西南空域，高度7000公尺的中共軍機注意，你已進入我ADIZ，影響我飛航安全，立即迴轉脫離。」
中共軍機連兩天擾台，9號24次遭我國空軍驅離，10號共有21架次共機，侵擾我西南方防空識別區；此外解放軍還在此，舉行大規模聯合海空操演，希望形成活動常態，藉此壓縮我軍機艦活動空間。
國防部情次室次長 楊靜瑟表示：「整個操演區域，距我台灣最近距離為90浬。中共解放軍，此次演訓的活動，已經進入我防空識別區內，西南海空域，對我空防跟區域和平穩定，造成影響。」
10號從7點17分開始，多架次的共機在我西南方防空識別區，逗留約兩個半小時；第一個小時高度維持在4500公尺以下，8點23分突然上升到7000公尺，之後又下降，9點20分再從5300公尺，上升到7000公尺，不斷變化高度範圍挑釁。同時、還有一架中共警戒機，沿中線以西盤旋，南側則有美國海軍P-8A巡邏機，以及美國空軍KC-135空中加油機現蹤，美中台軍機持續在我西南空域周圍角力。
國防部在10號晚間開記者會，呼籲北京當局要有所節制，近期的騷擾行動，已經引起台灣人民的反感，不要再當麻煩的製造者。
國防部發言人 史順文表示：「這當然是挑釁。」
國防部作計室次長 葉國輝表示：「就作戰層面而言，我個人也認為，是非常嚴重的挑釁行為。我們國軍，除了警戒之外，我們還運用廣播，警告驅離它。所以說呢，但是我們在處理上面，我們還是會避免擦槍走火。」
國防部官員也強調，中共火箭軍、登陸部隊並沒有參加演訓，我空軍也沒有召回飛行員備戰；中共這次的演練單位，大多為東部戰區兵力。針對中共軍機連日挑釁，入侵我防空識別區，外交部隨後也開記者會，予以嚴厲譴責。
外交部發言人 歐江安表示：「這對於區域，國際社會，都是警訊。因為解放軍，今天選擇在台灣的周邊，進行軍事演習。明天就可能，在其他國家的週邊，進行同樣的威脅。」
外交部指出，國際社會應該共同正視，這股形成中的侵略性力量；外交部已經將中方的威脅資訊，分別通報重要友我國家，同時呼籲愛好和平、支持區域穩定的國家，認知中國政府對區域和平穩定威脅的嚴重性，並共同面對此一局勢。
