Junior High Boy Sexually Assaulted by Teammates for Months|新竹某國中棒球隊傳性侵 受害者家屬控霸凌

A team-wide sexual assault case was recently reported at a junior high school in Hsinchu. The victim is a member of the school's baseball team and was allegedly physically and sexually assaulted by older teammates during this school year. The coach dismissed it as nothing more than horseplay between older and younger teammates.
The older sister of a junior high school baseball player in Hsinchu tearfully recounts how her younger brother was sexually assaulted, physically assaulted and bullied by older teammates over a span of five months.
Three older players on the team beat up my younger brother daily for a month starting in mid-July.
The girl says her little brother has always loved baseball, and their father took him to Hsinchu City from their home in Hsinchu County so the boy could pursue his baseball dreams. Over the fall semester, the boy was bullied by nine students and sexually assaulted by three. There are at least three other victims.
They found security camera blind spots in the dormitory and sexually assaulted my brother every day.
On the first day of the spring semester this year, the boy had a panic attack when he got to school. Only then did his family find out what had been happening. When the family sought out the school's baseball coach, he dismissed the months of assault as horseplay. The family was irate.
Every time the coach heard the students being raucous or laughing, he would give them a beating with a baseball bat. Because of this, my brother was terrified.
We are investigating with the Hsinchu City police. Based on our understanding, they have already wrapped up the investigation and the case has been transferred to the Hsinchu juvenile court for further review.
The K-12 Education Administration says it will investigate and also arrange for counselling.
哽咽落淚訴說弟弟遭受學長性侵、霸凌對待，她是新竹市某國中棒球隊學生的姊姊，找來立委開記者會陳情弟弟從去年9月到今年1月，長期遭受球隊學長暴力毆打及性侵害。
受害者家屬表示：「棒球隊有三個學長，對我弟弟在七月中旬開始一個月，每天都對我弟弟，進行暴力毆打。」
受害學生的姊姊表示，弟弟從小嚮往加入棒球隊，他們家住新竹縣，爸爸特別帶著弟弟到新竹市考試，但沒想到入學後卻是黑暗的開始。弟弟被至少9位學長霸凌、3位學長性侵，而且還有3位以上的被害者。
受害者家屬表示：「學長每一天，都把我弟弟帶到宿舍，攝影機的死角處，利用他的下體，對我弟弟進行不雅的猥褻動作。」
今年2月開學時帶弟弟上學，弟弟卻在進校門時換氣過度喘不過氣，她驚覺有異追問才得知真相。詢問球隊教練，卻得到只是學長學弟間嬉鬧的回覆、消極處理，讓家屬非常氣憤。
受害者家屬表示：「只要教練聽到同學嬉鬧，或是發出一點笑聲，教練就會拿著球棒，去毆打學生。那因為這件事情，我弟弟心裡很害怕。」
新竹市教育處副處長 沈靜濤表示：「配合我們新竹市的警察局，進行整個調查。那根據了解，新竹市的警察局這邊，在調查完畢之後，目前這個案子，已經送往新竹市的少年法庭這邊，去做進一步的審理。」
國教署官員則表示，將會派相關人員協助調查，也會提供請輔導諮商介入，查明這起性侵疑雲。
