The Executive Yuan began distributing bailout subsidies to nearly one million qualifying fishermen and farmers on May 12. Some recipients said the subsidy is just in time as produce prices have been low lately. Yunlin county's Agriculture Department said there are 2,000 registered farmers without farmers insurance in the county, who are also eligible for the NT$10,000 subsidy.

The 8,800 insured farmers in Yunlin's Erlun Township that belong to the local farmers association received their subsidy on the 13th. The other 1,000 that don't have accounts with the association along with local farmers that are uninsured are still eligible for a NT$10,000 subsidy from the association.
The 1,000-plus farmers that don't have accounts with the Farmers Association can bring their ID cards, chops, and account passbooks here to get their subsidy processed. Those that are involved in agriculture policies should pay attention.

一早許多雲林農民帶著存摺，來到農會刷簿子，裡面多了一筆行政院補助款一萬元，因為受到疫情衝擊，許多農產品內外銷受影響，中央擴大發放農民紓困生活補貼，有農民領到這筆錢表示，近期菜價低迷，領到這些錢多少能來補貼。
雲林農民表示：「菜價很低迷，這一萬元來生活也很好，可以多買很多東西。」
雲林農民表示：「一萬元是多少少對農民有幫助，說多不多，說少也不少啦，但就是說還不錯。」
以雲林縣二崙鄉農會來說，9,800位農民有農保，但其中約1,000位農民沒使用農會帳戶，其餘8,800位農民13號上午都已經領到10,000元補助款，但若沒帳戶農保農民或實際從農沒投保民眾，都可以來農會申請。
二崙鄉農會保險部主任 李鴻昇表示：「有1千多戶沒有農會信用部存摺，這些人都親自帶身分證、印章，還有其他金融機構存摺來，我會辦理。還有一些參與農糧政策的人，請這些人要主動注意。」
雲縣府農業處表示，行政院從12號開始分3天匯款，雲林、彰化、嘉義縣共31萬8,000多人13號發放，而縣內目前有實際務農，沒有農保的農民約有2,000人，再由各農會造冊，一樣可領取一萬元紓困補助。
